Confessions of Lethargy. Things You Find Yourself Surprised at Having to Actually Still do

In this modern age of technology-inspired convenience, it’s difficult to keep track of what’s not yet possible. Here are some completely legitimate examples of such confusion.

  1. Soap dispensers in toilets – don’t just press it, catch it too.
  2. Hand dryer – put your hands where they actually need to be.
  3. Opening your front door – you’ll have to turn the key yourself.
  4. Going to the loo: you can’t delegate that shit.
  5. The cashier you just bought your groceries from will put your change in your hand, not your bank account.
  6. Google doesn’t have dinner waiting for you on the table.
  7. Bus passes: TAP that Oyster card.
  8. Being surprised that you actually have to type in what you want to Google.
